Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source Business LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
- Build and strengthen the channel partner network in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets
- Generate quality leads and ensure healthy portfolio growth
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for seamless case processing
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit guidelines
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration





Eligibility Criteria:

- 3–8 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales
- Strong experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing
- Proven track record of achieving individual business targets
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local market in the preferred location
