Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or 3-Year Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, Banking, or Cross-selling.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with good sales aptitude.
- Customer-focused and willing to travel within the assigned locations.
