Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Communication Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for graduates from design institutes who have a strong visual design sense and a passion for creating engaging digital content. The candidate should be eager to learn, adapt to emerging AI-powered design tools, and contribute to building compelling marketing creatives across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:

- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.

- Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals.

- Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.

- Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices.

- Utilize AI design tools to improve design quality and productivity.

- Explore new AI-based creative tools and workflows to enhance content creation.

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and branding guidelines.

- Organize and maintain design assets for future use.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related design field.

- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Magnific AI, Figma, Canva, Claude Design, or similar platforms.





- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of creating graphics and short-form video content.

- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.

- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Candidates from recognized Design Institutes are preferred.

- A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is mandatory.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
