Position title: Tech lead
Experience: 6-14 +Year
Location: Noida (Sector -135)
Notice period: 30 Days -Immediate joiner
Skills set: Solid Backend Python, either Node or Java and Frontend React, Angular, Cloud platform AWS, Azure, Team-Lead, Almost 1yr
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, Dev Ops, and Business stakeholders.

- Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and process improvements.

- Handle code reviews, sprint planning, task allocation, and technical guidance.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide optimised solutions.

- Work on system design, database optimisation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

- Promote innovation, ownership,



and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong experience in multiple programming languages/technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, React, or similar.

- Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and micro services.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Good understanding of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
