This is a remote position.

Stipend Structure:
First 12 Months: 1.5LPA + 1LPA Variable Pay
After 12 Months (Conversion): 2.5LPA + 2LPA Variable Pay

Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage.
Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is Compulsory.

Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.
Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising

- Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos

- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams

- Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement





- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Creative thinking and ability to develop creative solutions to marketing challenges

- Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage
