Job DescriptionJob Title: Project/Operations Coordinator – US Operations Experience: 1–5 Years Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Project/Operations Coordinator to support our US operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, project tracking, and operational support.

This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities with onsite and offshore teams.

Manage vendor sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, quotation evaluation, and procurement activities.

Negotiate pricing and maintain vendor relationships.

Handle IT procurement, purchase orders, and inventory management.

Track project progress and prepare MIS reports for stakeholders.

Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team.

Coordinate domestic and international logistics and shipping.





Arrange travel bookings and operational support for project teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process compliance.

Experience working with US-based operations is an added advantage.

Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) is preferred.
