Job Description

An engineering consulting organization is hiring an Electrical BIM Manager with 10–15 years of professional experience to lead Electrical BIM project delivery across building projects. The role focuses on BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, electrical system modelling, quality assurance, team leadership, and project delivery from design through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of BIM Modelers and Coordinators across multiple projects.
- Develop and manage Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP based on project requirements and design documentation.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures across projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and other disciplines to resolve design clashes using Navisworks.
- Prepare and review electrical BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation.
- Review and modify incoming CAD/BIM files to ensure project readiness and compliance with BIM standards.
- Develop 3D layouts for underground and above-ceiling coordination.




- Create and manage Revit families and BIM content for electrical systems as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support multidisciplinary project execution.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the BIM team to support project delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of professional experience in Electrical BIM or MEP BIM projects.
- Solid understanding of electrical building services and construction workflows.
- Experience leading BIM teams and managing multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in clash detection, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM workflows.
- Experience creating and managing Revit families and BIM content.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely project delivery.

Work Schedule

- Location: Sivanchetti Gardens, Bangalore
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
