- is team oriented entrepreneurial ambitious and dedicated to delivering quality each and every day Physique 57 is seeking a Marketing Executive ME for its growing presence in India The ME should have significant time management skills an aptitude for strategic thinking and planning marketing brand know-how and be able to work in a fast paced team environment The Me reports to the Corporate Marketing Team This position is based in Bangalore and its surrounding studios The ME should be able to o Plan execute a launch strategy in collaboration with the head office marketing team o Submit a strategic Annual plan for the brand taking into account the local market preferences o Create Submit monthly Reports against a strategy plan for the month o Execute outreach to relevant audiences and potential consumers through multiple creative ways to bring them in to the Physique 57 studio in order to hit new client targets o Execute outreach to relevant brands groups communities for events in the studio o Ideate execute strategic partnerships with like-minded brands and communities o Create value adds for the community in studio otherwise o Ideate implement community engagement activities in studio otherwise o Liaise on-ground with media as and when relevant o Share design briefs requirements with the brand team based in Mumbai and coordinate with them on all internal external P57 comms o Handle influencer micro macro outreach paid unpaid o Identify buzz building opportunities for the brand in BLR o Coordinate with the on-ground social media team to ensure appropriate messaging on social media o Liaise with the SM team on ad structure plan and performance Shift timings and hours of work o The Employees shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the applicable policies of the Employer o Without prejudice to the above the Employee must be available to work 6 days per week including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work flexible schedules including weekends nights early mornings and holidays o For the purpose of this Agreement a week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday Requirements o Bachelors Degree o Excellent verbal and literary English skills o Interest in health wellness and fitness o Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience in a fast-paced growing organization o Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional long hours including early mornings evenings weekends and some holidays o Excellent track record in strategizing executing successful Marketing plans catering to upscale and affluent clientele o Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced high-volume environment o Strong work ethic o Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook o Availability to travel for studio expansion plans or training programs 2
