We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own and scale outbound growth, while contributing to broader marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on building high-performing lead generation systems.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and execution-focused Junior Marketing Manager to support our outbound marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in B2B marketing who enjoys building campaigns, experimenting with new growth strategies, and contributing directly to business development.

You'll work across channels such as Linked In, cold email, and other outbound platforms, collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities

- Execute outbound marketing campaigns across Linked In, cold email, and other lead generation channels.
- Create compelling outreach messages, email sequences, and campaign content that drive engagement.
- Assist in building and optimizing lead generation funnels to improve campaign performance.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Experiment with recent tools, workflows, and outreach strategies to improve lead generation efforts.




- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, outbound marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging sales and marketing messages.
- Familiarity with Linked In outreach, cold email campaigns, or similar outbound channels.
- Working knowledge of lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.

Additional Skills

- Exposure to D2C marketing, performance marketing, or brand strategy.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or organic growth initiatives.
- Understanding of the customer journey and full-funnel marketing concepts.
- Interest in experimenting with new marketing channels, tools, and automation workflows.
