- Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC clients (Malaysia,Singapore)
- Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Foundit, and other platforms
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates
- Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure an excellent candidate experience
We're Looking For:
- 2–6 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Experience hiring for the APAC market is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter, Foundit, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative setting
