Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own Nexthink architecture and solution design for enterprise endpoint monitoring and management.
- Define infrastructure design and system architecture patterns that support scalable data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Drive data analytics use cases by structuring metrics, dashboards, and reporting outputs for IT management decision-making.
- Design and implement network monitoring approaches aligned with endpoint visibility and operational workflows.
- Establish endpoint management standards, governance, and operational processes to improve reliability and reduce incident resolution time.

Skills Required:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT architecture, monitoring, and endpoint management
- Strong experience with Nexthink architecture and administration.




- Expertise in Infrastructure Architecture and System Architecture.
- Experience in Endpoint Management, monitoring, and digital workplace solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Network Monitoring and IT infrastructure operations.
- Experience in Data Analytics, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enterprise monitoring best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Automation Tools such as Power Shell, Python, or Ansible.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Now, or other ITSM platforms.
- Relevant Nexthink or cloud certifications.

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Master's in Information Technology
