Job Description
Role Overview
Outline India is seeking an experienced Quantitative Research Lead to design and deliver high-quality impact evaluations, monitoring & evaluation studies, baseline/endline assessments, and policy research. The role requires expertise in statistical analysis, research methodology, and managing end-to-end quantitative research projects.
Walkins are open from 3rd Aug onwards at our Gurgaon office between 9:30am - 11am

Key Responsibilities
I. Research Design & Methodology
- Lead the design of quantitative research studies, including baseline, endline, impact evaluations, rapid assessments, and monitoring studies.
- Develop robust sampling strategies, research methodologies, questionnaires, and analytical frameworks.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, modelling, and interpretation using STATA
- Support proposal development by preparing technical approaches, methodologies, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct descriptive, inferential, regression, and impact evaluation analyses as required.
II. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Design M&E; frameworks, theories of change, logical frameworks (Log Frames), and performance indicators.
- Develop data collection plans, monitoring tools,
and reporting templates.
- Assess programme outcomes, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact using quantitative methods.
- Support learning agendas and evidence generation for programme improvement.
- Prepare technical reports, analytical briefs, presentations, and client deliverables
- Present findings to government agencies, development partners, donors, and senior stakeholders
- Oversee questionnaire design, SurveyCTO/XLSForm development, and field implementation.
III. Project & Field Management
- Oversee survey implementation, field planning, and data collection processes
- Supervise survey implementation, field monitoring, and quality assurance
- Manage field operations, data quality protocols and resolve operational challenges
- Field planning, enumerator triaining, spot-checks and quality audits
Offered Remuneration - upto 15LPA based on skills and sector experience
Experience - Minimum 7 years within development sector / social sector only
