Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head – Hyderabad to lead and scale our city operations. The role demands a business leader who can build high-performing teams, establish strong developer relationships, drive sustainable growth, and own the city's P&L.;

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building a scalable business rather than merely achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the overall business growth and profitability for Hyderabad.
- Own the city's P&L; and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with leading developers and institutional stakeholders.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.




- Drive operational excellence and business performance across functions.
- Collaborate with Top Management to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Desired Profile

- 10years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience in business building, scaling operations, and P&L; ownership.
- Strong exposure to Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Advisory, BFSI, or other relevant industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Team Management.
- Strong commercial acumen, developer relationship management, and strategic thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build sustainable businesses.

We Are Not Looking For

- Candidates with experience limited to small team management.
- Profiles focused only on channel sales or single-project sales.
- Candidates without clear P&L; ownership.
