Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining visual standards in retail environments.
Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing sales trends, tracking inventory levels, and recommending product assortments to optimize revenue and customer experience.



The role also involves building strong relationships with store staff and customers, ensuring that promotional activities are implemented accurately and on schedule.
The Merchandiser will report performance insights and market feedback to management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Customer Service and Retail experience, with the ability to manage store relationships and respond to shopper needs.
- Sales skills, including understanding of product positioning, upselling, and revenue optimization in a retail setting.
- Marketing awareness to support in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and brand consistency.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, displays, and product placement.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for merchandising decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
