Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead outbound B2B sales. This role demands proactive market engagement, strong follow-ups, and relationship-based selling to drive new business opportunities across India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Outbound Focused): /strong> Identify and prospect corporate clients via research, networking, cold calls, emails, Linked In, and referrals.
Sales Conversion & Client Onboarding: Understand client needs, pitch tailored gifting solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals with professionalism.
Relationship Management: Build long-term client partnerships, ensure repeat business, and act as the primary contact during onboarding/execution.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement,
and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Sales Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and share weekly performance updates with leadership.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 8+ years in corporate sales, business development, or enterprise account management with outbou
nd focus. Self- Starter: High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to generate opportunities independently. Commu
nication: Exce llent interpersonal skills, fluent spoken English, persuasive and consultative selling style. Sales
Discipline: Stro ng in follow-ups, funnel management, and achieving monthly targets. Tech-
Savvy: Comf ortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, email automation, and video conferencing tools. Adapt
able: Thri ves in fast-paced, client-facing roles with multitasking ability.
