Job Summary

Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support end-to-end people management across our growing hospitality and allied operations. The role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and workforce planning in a quick-paced, multi-property environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage lead generation for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for operational and support roles.
- Maintain workforce strength and support staffing requirements across multiple properties.
- Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and retention.
- Support HR policy implementation, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate attendance, documentation, compliance, and HR records.
- Assist in payroll inputs, offer letters, joining processes, and exit formalities.




- Prepare periodic HR reports and update management on manpower status.
- Ensure smooth coordination between head office and property-level operations.

Desired Profile

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in hospitality, resort, retail, or multi-location business environments preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in an office setup.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory HR compliance.
