Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated

individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff-Freshers. As a
member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and the comfort

of our passengers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers

at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas -
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight
schedules, delays, and other airport services - Check and tag
baggage, ensuring it is loaded onto the correct flight - Conduct
security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations -
Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled
individuals - Coordinate with other ground staff members to ensure
timely and efficient service - Handle and resolve customer
complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner -




Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in
counters and boarding gates - Assist in the loading and unloading
of baggage and cargo from aircrafts - Perform other duties as

assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements: - Minimum of a

high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and
customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills - Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and
holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and work
in all weather conditions - No prior experience is required, as

training will be provided. Contract Details: This is a full-time

position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The
selected candidates will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime. The contract will be for a period
of one year, with the possibility of extension based on
