Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media with prompt, skilled responses.
2. Resolve order, delivery, return, exchange, and refund issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution and order updates.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience.
