About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drafting replies, appeals, and submissions for Income Tax and GST notices/assessments
2 Research on direct and indirect tax laws, case laws, and recent amendments
3. Assisting in representations before Income Tax authorities, GST authorities, and appellate forums
4. Coordinating with clients on compliance and documentation
5. Supporting senior counsel in tribunal and court matters (ITAT, GST Tribunal, High Court)

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 /year
