- Supervise the daily on-site execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects within approved design and Work orders.
- Resolve on-site technical clashes and coordinate layout alignments with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols in office, including regular Quality and Safety audits and compliance with building codes.
Requirements:
- ITI, or Diploma in, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC system installations, plumbing and Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
