- Read and interpret P&ID; drawings, piping layouts, and instrumentation diagrams
- Discuss technical specifications and negotiate with vendors supplying pumps, pipes, valves, instruments, electrical panels, and fabricated tanks
- Prepare project budgets and BOQs; track actual costs vs. estimates throughout execution
- Coordinate and supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical work at site
- Attend client meetings; provide progress updates and resolve site-level queries
- Manage delivery timelines; track milestones and ensure on-time project handover
- Oversee fabrication quality, installation, and commissioning of treatment systems
- Maintain site documentation daily reports, MIS, vendor records, and as-built drawings
