Role: Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Work Shift: Versatile to work in different US time zones (8AM to 8 PM ET).

1. Excellent Call Handling skills "International Voice"(We are looking beyond spoken English and focussing on their conversational ability, as they need to support different types of clients during Implementation)
2. Excellent Logical and Analytical Skills. The associates in this role will be handling various tasks including setting up payroll tax calculations, configuring customized earnings and deductions a client might require and updating previous payroll history into ADP systems, all of which require excellent logical and analytical skills and excellent mathematical calculation skills.
3. Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts as this team support clients from the US East zone to West zone and maybe subject to rotation.
4. Due to the criticality of the role and the learning needs for the role, we will be expecting the associates to work all 5 days from office.
