We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, with a strong command of LWC, Apex, Aura, and integrations. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and other business-critical modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
- Build and optimize Apex Triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs following best practices
- Work extensively on Sales Cloud configuration and customization including Opportunities, Accounts, Leads, and Forecasting
- Implement and manage Territory Management (Enterprise Territory Management) to support sales org structures
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues in production and sandbox environments
- Participate in deployment activities, release management, and environment management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework
- Solid expertise in Apex triggers, classes, batch Apex, Queueable, and Future methods
- Positive working knowledge of Sales Cloud including standard objects, processes, and automation
- Experience with Territory Management / Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
- Hands-on experience with REST API and/or SOAP API integrations both inbound and outbound
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL query optimization
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), or Streaming API
- Exposure to Experience Cloud or Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Flows and Process Builder automation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
