- Teach English to Secondary school students in accordance with the Orchids curriculum.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons aligned with pre-defined lesson plans and the Orchids teaching methodology.
- Assess student learning through assignments, projects, classwork, and examinations.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate academic records and update student performance on the school's online portal.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress, performance, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Integrate technology and cutting-edge teaching practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- Mandatory: B.Ed.
- M.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching English at the Secondary level.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
