Job Opening: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite | Night Shift)Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

About the Role:

Skilltune Technologies is hiring experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have a proven track record in marketing bench consultants and a strong grasp of the US IT staffing ecosystem, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to extensively Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
- Manage the full sales cycle: requirements gathering, submission, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong consultant relationships and ensure continuous engagement
- Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and networking techniques for lead generation
- Work with C2C tax terms and possess solid knowledge of various US visa types
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to maximize placements
- Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:





- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales
- Robust understanding of different visa classifications and C2C requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using job portals and ATS platforms
- Ability to meet aggressive targets and deadlines under pressure
