Job description

About The Role:

We are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modelers with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP to support UK and Australian building projects. Candidates should understand UK BIM standards (RIBA, BSRIA BG6, ISO 19650) and Australian NCC requirements, and deliver coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop Mechanical/Electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
- Produce GA drawings, sections, elevations, coordination and shop drawings.
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Deliver models aligned with RIBA stages, BSRIA BG6, ISO 19650, EIR and BEP.
- Support Australian projects complying with NCC and relevant Australian Standards.




- Generate schedules and construction documentation.
- Conduct BIM QA/QC and maintain model integrity.

Technical Knowledge

Mechanical: HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection. Electrical: Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, Security, ICT.

BIM Knowledge

ISO 19650, LOD 100500, CDE, Clash Detection, IFC, COBie, Model Federation.

Preferred Projects

Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Hotels, Airports, Data Centres, Industrial Facilities.

Preferred Certifications

Autodesk Certified Qualified Revit MEP, ISO 19650 BIM, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360.
