Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
Working Hours: 09:30 AM 06:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Description:

BS Global Solutions is looking for passionate and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. If you have experience in end-to-end recruitment and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work with leading Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, and other Non-IT clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS/database.

Required Skills:

- Experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Positive stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

- Domestic Non-IT Recruitment experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
