Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 -6 years’ application support experience in technical aspects of Infor including:
- Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations
- Understanding of Infor WFM configuration
- Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
- SQL based reporting tools
- Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts
- Cognos report tool (desirable)
- Extensive application support experience on Infor WFM, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
- Infor WFM Time & Attendance: Timesheet Configuration, Pay rules, employee/user set up, security profiles, basic building blocks like – calculation group, pay groups etc.
