Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Technical Support Executive with basic expertise in GST compliance and return filings. The candidate will be responsible for supporting GST-related activities, assisting clients/users with compliance queries, and ensuring timely filing and reconciliation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in GST return filings such as GSTR-1,GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns
- Support GST reconciliation activities and basic compliance processes
- Handle client/user queries related to GST filing and compliance issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation
- Maintain accurate records of GST filings and documentation
- Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Provide technical/functional support related to GST processes and applications
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving basic GST-related issues
- Stay updated with GST regulations and compliance requirements
- Prepare reports and MIS related to GST activities
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of GST laws and compliance procedures
- Understanding of GST return filing processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
- Solid communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to accounting or taxation software
- Major Experience into GST filing is required
- Knowledge of invoice reconciliation and tax documentation
- Ability to work within deadlines and compliance with timelines
