About Us
Smart Rotamac Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based engineering and manufacturing company. We manufacture Spyro India's
premium HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) industrial fans used across factories, warehouses, hospitals, and large commercial
spaces across India. We are building an in-house digital marketing team to drive Spyro's growth and are looking for 4 enthusiastic,
driven, and hungry-to-learn graduates to join us immediately.
About the Role
You will be part of a small, fast-moving in-house team responsible for generating leads, building the Spyro brand online, and
converting digital enquiries into sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role you will learn by doing, not by watching. From day one
you will be managing real campaigns, real leads, and real results.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation
Social Media and Content
Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
Post daily content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
¢ Shoot and edit short video reels
¢ Manage IndiaMART and TradeIndia listings
¢ Identify and reach potential customers digitally
¢ Manage WhatsApp Business enquiries and follow up
¢ Design creatives using Canva
¢ Write captions and basic ad copy
SEO and Website
WhatsApp and Reporting
¢ Improve spyrofans.com search rankings
¢ Write basic SEO-friendly content
¢ Respond to all inbound enquiries within 30 minutes
¢ Update and maintain the lead tracker daily
¢ Coordinate with sales team on hot leads
¢ Prepare weekly performance reports




¢ Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics

¢ BBA degree completed or final year
¢ Strong interest in digital marketing
¢ Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
¢ Experience using Canva or any design tool
¢ Experience shooting or editing short videos
¢ Any internship or project in marketing
¢ Good written and spoken English and Telugu
¢ Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
¢ Willingness to learn fast and take ownership
¢ Knowledge of B2B or industrial markets
