Role Objective:

Efficiently recover outstanding payments from insurance companies and payers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Applicants should have good knowledge of denial management and AR scenarios
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 7+ months of mandatory AR RCM experience
- Undergraduate with 12+ months of experience
- Good Communication skills (both written & Verbal)
- Applicants should be willing to work from office and operate in night shifts

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valuable communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Skill Set:

- Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge.
- Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
