Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently working as an OpenAir - NetSuite Admin
- Has 4+ Years of Experience in Open Air - NetSuite
- Maintains, configures, and optimizes OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards
- Serves as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed
- Monitors system performance, ensuring uptime and stability,
and identifies opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates
What the Role Involves
As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.
- Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.
- Document requirements, process, and user documentation.
- Design business processes and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations.
