Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with financial statements and a solid understanding of the cost structures, billing cycles, and vendor/customer reconciliation processes typical of the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries on a daily basis
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and transporter payments
- Reconcile bank statements, freight/vendor bills, and customer invoices
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Fleet, Warehouse) for expense tracking and budget control
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables from clients/agents
- FAR management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain companies
- Robust knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
