Overview:
We are looking for an HR professional to handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and attendance management. The role includes creating HR policies, conducting performance appraisals, resolving employee grievances, and organizing training programs. The person will also manage HR software and maintain employee records while building strong employee engagement. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates — what matters most is a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

Key HR Responsibilities:

- Hiring new employees and managing onboarding
- Handling payroll and compensation
- Tracking attendance and leaves
- Creating and enforcing company policies
- Conducting performance appraisals
- Resolving employee grievances and conflicts
- Organizing training and development programs
- Training the team on new updates and changes
- Working on HR software/systems for managing employee data




- Maintaining employee documentation and records
- Building employee engagement and workplace culture

Requirements:

- Any graduate or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in HR is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
- Comfortable working with HR software and MS Office/Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
