Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive with mandatory experience in the events industry to manage social media content and digital presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging event-based content, coordinating with clients and production teams, and driving online engagement through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover assigned events and create engaging reels, photos, stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, videographers, and the internal team to ensure timely content collection and publishing.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and website updates.
- Create, organize, and update event portfolios and digital content libraries.
- Respond to enquiries received through social media platforms and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with ongoing events and campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Drive audience engagement, brand visibility,



and lead generation through creative content strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management within the Events Industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in creating event-related content and managing social media campaigns.
- Basic photography, videography, mobile videography, and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.
- Personal content creation device preferred (company device may be provided based on suitability).
- Excellent command of English.
