Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified and confident telecaller who has excellent communication skills and strong convincing abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling patient inquiries, explaining diagnostic services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Explain laboratory tests, packages, and services clearly
- Convince potential patients and generate bookings
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Build solid relationships with clients and patients

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling / customer handling (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Polite, confident, and professional behavior

Skills Required:

- High convincing power
- Clear voice and positive attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Basic computer knowledge
