- Expertise in operation and maintenance of Electrical Systems, Elevators, Escalators, CCTV, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA) System, and Mall Background Music System.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant operations and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Life Safety compliance.
- Proficient in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
- Experienced in leading, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary technical and engineering teams.
- Skilled in ensuring uninterrupted operation and maintenance of all mall engineering services and utilities.
- Expertise in vendor management, AMC coordination, and contractor supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), energy management, and utility optimization.
- Capable of troubleshooting critical equipment failures and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Well-versed in statutory compliance, safety standards, documentation, and maintenance reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
