Key Responsibilities

- Operate the VMC machine and ensure smooth machining operations.
- Write and edit manual CNC programs (G-code / M-code).
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Set work offsets and tool offsets in the controller.
- Load and run programs on controllers like Fanuc CNC Controller or similar systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
- Monitor machining process and adjust parameters if required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Tool selection and tool offset knowledge
- Machine setting and job setting
- Quality inspection skills

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years experience in VMC machining

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
