We are seeking a Service Coordinator cum Admin to coordinate installation and after-sales service activities for home automation projects. The role involves scheduling service visits, communicating with customers and technicians, maintaining service records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service schedules for technicians.
- Receive customer service requests via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Assign service calls and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain service reports, customer records, and warranty documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, and internal teams regarding service appointments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documents.
- Update service status and customer information in the system.
- Handle office administration,



filing, and documentation.
- Provide regular service updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
