Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing enterprise-grade dashboards, building scalable data models, and developing end-to-end BI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights while leveraging modern cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop semantic models, KPIs, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric for data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks for large-scale data processing.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) from multiple data sources.
- Build and maintain scalable data models following best practices.
- Develop financial, operational, and executive dashboards (Sales, Revenue, P&L;, Forecasting, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and report performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Troubleshoot report issues and optimize dashboard performance.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake).




- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and advanced SQL queries.
- Expertise in DAX and Power Query (M Language).
- Experience in Data Modeling (Star Schema & Snowflake Schema).
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with REST APIs and multiple data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and enterprise reporting.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure or Power BI certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
