About the Role

As a Creative Gifting Consultant and Customer Experience Executive, you will help customers select, customize, and create memorable gifting experiences. You will work directly with customers, understand their requirements, design gifting solutions, coordinate orders, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy creativity, communication, customer interaction, and helping customers find the perfect gift.

Key Responsibilities

Create and design gift hampers, gift boxes, festive gift sets, return gifts, and customized gifting solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting options based on occasion, budget, and preferences.

Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, email, and website enquiries.

Respond professionally to customer messages and provide product recommendations.

Prepare gift concepts, product combinations, and presentation ideas for customers.

Coordinate with customers regarding customization, branding, personalization, packaging, and delivery requirements.

Handle corporate gifting enquiries and support bulk gifting projects.

Follow up enquiries and assist in converting customer enquiries into successful orders.

Coordinate with production, packing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution of orders.

Maintain enquiry records, customer communication history, and project details.

Assist in product photography preparation, gifting presentations,



and social media content activities when required.

Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire order process.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Gift Designing, Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales Support, Event Management, Decoration, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.

Strong interest in creativity, gifting, decoration, and product presentation.

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Comfortable handling customer conversations through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media platforms.

Good customer service and relationship management skills.

Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver suitable solutions.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Immediate joiners preferred.
