Position: Production Manager – Adhesive Tape Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the adhesive tape manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience specifically in adhesive tape manufacturing, with strong exposure in converting operations/ adhesive tape coating operations
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on expertise in operating and managing:
- Logging machines
- Slitting machines
- Slicing machines
- Rewinding machines
- Strong understanding of production processes, machine parameters, and quality control standards.
- Ability to monitor and control quality parameters to ensure consistency and minimize defects.
- Skilled in identifying production issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience in training and supervising shop-floor manpower to improve efficiency and skill levels.
- Solid focus on achieving production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage,



and oversee day-to-day production activities in the converting section.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum efficiency and minimal wastage.
- Maintain strict control over quality parameters and process consistency.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, guide, and monitor operators to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper utilization of resources.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach who can drive productivity while maintaining consistent product quality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
