Responsibilities:

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve maintenance related issues

Check electrical systems of premises to ensure safety and functionality.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities in centers Monitor equipment inventory and place requests for orders when necessary.

Repair, replace or upgrade equipment and systems as necessary with approvals.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections on equipment, facilities, and systems.

Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions as needed.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education: ITI Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in a technical or maintenance-related field.

- 12th Pass with relevant work experience also acceptable.
- Experience:



2+ years preferred as a Maintenance Executive or in a similar maintenance role. Technical Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and civil works. Ability to read technical manuals and equipment guides. Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Soft Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English. Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and proactive work approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site responsibilities.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel across facilities in Mumbai, Pune and Goa.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
