Responsibilities:

- Create and Develop Architectural Schematic, Detailed Design and Construction Packages from concept Design Stage  Develop project plans, schedules, and resourcing.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans and specification using various software such as CAD and Revit
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
- Monitor project progress and performance throughout the project working, ensuing planned / actual hours are controlled.  Identify and mitigate project risks and issue in timely manner
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and other stakeholders.
- Foster solid relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance.




- Delegate tasks and guide team members as per schedule
- Implement and follow quality control measures for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews.  Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
- Utilize project management software and tools effectively.
- Manage project finance, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior from a reputed institution
- Proven experience as Project Manager
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Excellent Leadership skills
