Job Title: Business Development Associate – Real Estate

�Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

 Identify potential clients, property listings, and new business opportunities in the real estate market.

 Assist in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.

 Coordinate and support property visits with prospective buyers and investors.

 Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and basic sales documentation.

 Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client and property details.

 Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.

Eligibility / Skills Required

 Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.





 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good computer proficiency and internet research skills.

 Interest in real estate sales, business development, and client handling.

 Must be available for full time, in-office work.
