We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and help expand our business through effective client engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and manage business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals.
- Write proposals and interact with international clients to convert leads into successful projects.
- Collaborate with the development and UI/UX teams to understand project requirements and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction.




- Prepare business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 7 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in an IT services company.
- Strong hands-on experience working on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Good understanding of software development processes and UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented workplace.
