Job Summary

WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our Diabetes Helpline Team. The role involves providing post-sales support for patients using Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS). If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Assist customers with document verification and related queries.
- Resolve general product-related inquiries.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- You will be part of the after-sales care team supporting a leading pharmaceutical company that develops medical devices, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS), pacemakers, brain therapy devices, and other healthcare solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or Nutrition
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical devices is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
