Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VTL Operator with 2 years of experience in machining components. The candidate should be able to operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines, read engineering drawings, and produce quality components as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate VTL machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Set tools, measure dimensions, and ensure machining accuracy.
- Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.




- Maintain production targets while ensuring quality standards.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain daily production and machine records.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a VTL Operator.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
