Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager – Plot Sales to lead plot sales activities at our Manimangalam project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate plot sales, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while leading and motivating the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Sell residential and commercial plots and achieve assigned sales targets.
- · Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and conduct site visits.
- · Explain project details, including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- · Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- · Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- · Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for smooth booking and customer handover.
- · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- · Any Graduate.
- · 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.
- · Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- · Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- · Leadership and team management experience.
- · Target-oriented with good customer relationship management skills.
