Roles & Responsibilities

As a Content Creation & Social Media Intern, you will:

- Accompany the team to on-site shoots and events across different locations.
- Capture aesthetic photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Assist in planning and creating engaging visual content.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) using editing software such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Create and publish content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain consistency with the foundation's brand identity and visual style.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely content delivery and posting.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

- Basic understanding of photography and videography.
- Good video editing skills for social media content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and other short-form content formats.
- Creative eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
- Willingness to travel locally for shoots with the team.
- Positive communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Valuable to Have (Bonus):

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

- Travel: Local travel for shoots with the team will be required.
